De Zalze Lodge is the farm’s very own Cape Dutch style country house overlooking the lush vineyards and breathtaking Stellenbosch mountains. Nestled against the first fairway of the De Zalze Golf Course, this luxurious four-star establishment provides relaxed yet pristine accommodation with an array of leisurely pastimes guaranteed to unwind the stresses of modern day living.

Guests are invited to enjoy wine tastings, cycling trails through the rolling vineyards, or simply to relax by the pool. All in all, our selection of offerings - coupled with the exquisite location and impeccable service - make for a pleasurable, revitalising and unforgettable stay.

Although the lodge offers all the comforts associated with a four star facility, our family suites and luxury suites are available with kitchens or kitchenettes, complete with microwave, cutlery and crockery for those who prefer to self-cater.

The lodge, with its stylishly decorated 47 rooms and suites, is set alongside the first fairway of the championship ‘De Zalze Golf Course’. The clubhouse is just on the other side of the Blaauwklippen River and within walking distance. The rooms enjoy breathtaking views of the Stellenbosch Mountains and are surrounded by 120 hectares of vineyards. Guests can enjoy a full or continental breakfast overlooking the first green while being shaded by old oaks.
