Join us for lunch, Wednesday to Friday and indulge in Chef Carolize’s linefish or lamb shoulder winter dishes, including a glass of Dornier wine.


Mauritian Sea Bass, served with Lightly Smoked Parsnip Purée, Bean & Bacon Ragout, Tempura Baby Leaks & Bean Sprouts, paired with Dornier Bushvine Chenin Blanc.

Lamb Shoulders

Braised Lamb Shoulder, served with Aubergine, Baby Marrow, Peppers, Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, Parmesan Polenta & Basil Jus, paired with Dornier Equanimity Cabernet Sauvignon.
