Chef Brendan Stein has once again excelled himself in preparing an excellent menu for this special event:

Glass Hill&Dale Brut Rosé
Tempura nori roll, prawn, teriyaki, spring onion

Asparagus, pancetta & pine nut crumble, porcini mushroom,
tarragon emulsion, parmesan

Main Course
Lamb rump, parsnip puree, baby carrot, charred onion,
lamb jus served with crispy wedges & salsa verde
