Chef Thys at The Bakery at Jordan has created new wholesome and light summer dishes.

The new vegan bowl has been a huge hit since its launch. A bowl filled to the brim with tabbouleh salad, grilled and marinated brinjal, roasted butternut, black bean and pepperdew salsa, drizzled with lemon tahini dressing. This bowl just screams out ‘goodness’! 

The Bakery at Jordan supports and sources local products as much as possible and even harvests produce from the Jordan estate.

Couple this with other new items on the menu like the ramen bowl, pan fried linefish with a waldorf salad and a new vegan breakfast dish makes The Bakery at Jordan the perfect spot for breakfast or lunch in the winelands.

Enjoy with a glass of vegan friendly wine on the deck overlooking the dam. At Jordan, there are no animal products used in the production methods which makes our entire Jordan range vegan friendly.
