Ex Zevenwacht Culinary School Chef earns a Michelin Star in London

We would like to wish South African Chef Jean Delport and his team a huge congratulations on winning a Michelin star at Restaurant Interlude in Sussex (UK).

Restaurant Interlude is known for their 14 and 19 course menus that change with the seasons.

Ingredients are sourced directly from the 240 acre Leonardslee Gardens or ethically sourced from Sussex’s finest local producers. Both SA Michelin chefs (Jan-Hendrik van der Westhuizen & Jean Delport) did their studies under Chef Tim Woodford at the Zevenwacht Culinary School!
