Mountain Manor Spring Table with Neethlingshof Estate

It is with great pleasure that we invite you to a Spring Table hosted by Mountain Manor Guest House & Executive Suites in Cape Town on 10 October 2020.

The food will be prepared by superb chef Craig Cormack (of Salt) and winemaker De Wet Viljoen will present some of Neethlingshof Estate's finest wines.

The menu is priced at R685pp and will comprise the following:

Canapes on arrival

Waldorf Salad, Poached quail ballotine, emulsion, celery, toasted walnuts, fresh apple, praline, maple jelly - served with Neethlingshof Estate Chenin blanc.

Angus Denver Steak, puree, butter beans, spring veggies, Hasselback potatoes, seared artichokes, tobacco onions, sauce Bordelaise - served with Neethlingshof Estate Cabernet sauvignon.

Strawberry sorbet, cardamom parfait, strawberry salad, tuiles, strawberry gel - served with The Short Story Jackal's Dance.
