Join us for a celebration of Bordeaux-style wines. There is a strong link between Glenelly Estate and Bordeaux. May de Lencquesaing, who put Glenelly on the map as a leading South African wine estate, comes from a leading Bordeaux family that has been involved with the wine trade since the late 18th century.

On the 1st of August, we will explore the history of May’s family through wines she has produced in Bordeaux and great examples of Bordeaux blends (red and white) produced in South Africa and elsewhere. Over three courses, we’ll transport you to Bordeaux with the taste of our iconic French dishes paired with famed wines from the region and equivalents from Australia and our own estate. An unforgettable food and wine experience awaits…
