As part of Wine Town Stellenbosch, Weltevreden will host its first chef’s dinner on 31 July 2024. Join us for a five-course dinner prepared by Chef Cornelle Minie.

Cornelle, part of the “Onderstok” initiative, inspires us with recipes that form part of her rootstock / “onderstok” identity. Cornelle creates a culinary experience that starts and ends with her South African roots and then travels through some of her favourite international cuisines.

About Cornelle:

Cornelle is the group chef of the B-Collection and Seascape Collection restaurants. She also heads up the culinary teams of On The Rocks, Ons Huisie, Meraki, and Jonkershuis. Her experience includes restaurants like Babel at Babylonstoren and Haskel Vineyards.
