With a 18 Hole Par-3 Golf Course and the kiddie haven of edutainment that is Wonderdal, Hazendal Estate truly offers a perfect destination for every journey.
Tasting Room Details & Offerings
Hazendal was one of the first farms to produce wine in the region, so it is fitting that their premium Wine Tasting Lounge is located in the estate’s original cellar. While the cellar dates back to 1870, this space has been completely reimagined and is blending traditional and contemporary design to create the perfect environment for swirling, tasting and talking wine.
They offer their Christoffel Hazenwinkel range as well as Hazendal Estate range for tasting as well as their 23.5 MCC Blanc de Blanc and Blanc de Noir.

Specialities
The Hazendal vineyards are relatively small (producing 120-tons) and give rise to premium quality, niche wines. Hazendal’s winemaker believes that more work should happen in the vineyard than in the cellar. Hazendal deliberately does not overwork the wines in order to preserve the flavour and keep the wines as elegant as possible.
