Hidden Valley Wine Farm is a gem to be discovered on the slopes of the Helderberg Mountain near Stellenbosch. The modern architecture makes use of natural elements of rock and wood, surrounded by indigenous valley and slopes of vineyard rows.

Our elegant, handcrafted wines are the culmination of superior terroir, meticulous selection in the vineyards and gentle winemaking practices.

Hidden Valley wines are, therefore, made in a non-interventionist manner, subscribing to a philosophy of ‘Less is More’, as part of our endeavour to create wines that express a sense of place.

Tasting Room Details & Offerings

The Wine Tasting Center has a outside seating area that has a 180' degree view of the Stellenbosch Winelands. The inside tasting area has a lovely fire place to enjoy during winter time. You are able to order a cheese & charcuterie platter to accompany your tasting.

Hidden Valley Wine’s chocolate pairing was specially designed to enhance the flavours in our wines. Flavours surround us, so with this pairing, our aim is to educate your taste buds with these different textures and unusual taste profiles. Enjoy our breathtaking views as you relax and listen to the tranquility of nature while the sounds, sights and smells all blend into our wines. We know that this experience will ensure an unforgettable visit to Hidden Valley Wines. Five chocolates have been specifically paired with five of our wines for R155 per person.
