Slaley Cellars Claimed

Located below the Simonsberg Mountains, Slaley boasts many of the rich soils that make the region so renown which combine with Slaley’s personal style of classically styled wines made to age.

The farm also hosts a bistro, with panoramic view of the surrounding valley, as well as the Slaley Country House which is situated on a private section of the farmstead.

Currently run by the Hunting family, who purchased the farm in 1955, Slaley is in the process of passing to the third generation, who hope to contribute to the legacy created by Martin Hunting and his son Lindsay.
