TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE STELLENBOSCH WINE ROUTES /BLIND AMBITION “WIN 365 BOTTLES OF WINE” CONTEST IN THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA ONLY

1. This competition will run from 11/07/2022 TO 30/07/2022.
2. One lucky entrant stands a chance to WIN 365 BOTTLES OF WINE (‘the prize”).
3. To enter this competition, participants must go to wineroute.co.za/contest and answer a question correctly.  
4. Participants may enter as many times as they wish.
5. The Prize is limited to 365 bottles of wine selected by Stellenbosch Wine Routes and delivered to your door (one address) in South Africa.
6. The Prize winners will be drawn on or before 4 August 2022 and the winner will be notified by email.
7. No cash or other alternatives in whole or part substitution of the specified prizes will be offered, and the prizes are non-transferable. However, Stellenbosch Wine Routes reserves the right to replace any Prize with a prize of equivalent value.
8. This competition is open to South African residents who are 18 years and older.
9. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Stellenbosch Wine Routes and its affiliates may publish the winner’s name in any advertising and promotional material or digital media for this competition and any other future competitions/promotions, and he/she will have no claim to any compensation or payment in respect of the use of his/her name.
11. Stellenbosch Wine Routes reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition and any Prize, or any aspect thereof, or the terms and condition at any time, and for any reason, with or without notice and without any liability. In the event of such termination, all entrants hereby immediately agree to waive any rights they may have in terms of this competition and acknowledge that they have no recourse against V , its agents and/or promoters.
12. Subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Prize winner accepts the Prize at his/her own risk and Stellenbosch Wine Routes and its affiliates will not be liable for any costs incurred by the winner in claiming their prize.  
13. Stellenbosch Wine Routes and its affiliates cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury, or loss of property experienced as a result of winning, accepting and/or utilizing Prize won.
14. By entering this competition, participants agree to the terms and conditions herein.
