Jordan Wine Estate is situated in Stellenbosch, the heart of the Cape Winelands, and boasts panoramic views of Table Mountain, False Bay and the Stellenbosch Mountains. This family-owned estate, established in 1982, has been transformed to become one of the leading estates in South Africa. The first Jordan wines were made in 1993 by husband-and-wife winemaking team, Gary and Kathy Jordan in their state-of-the-art cellar. The estate features a wine tasting centre, rolling lawns, luxury accommodation, and two world-class restaurants, where visitors can relax and enjoy fine Cape wines and local Cape fare surrounded by breathtaking views of the vineyards.
Gary and Kathy Jordan have been making world-class wines since 1993 on a farm with a history going back over 300 years. He’s a geologist, she’s an economist. Gary’s parents, Ted and Sheelagh, bought the now 164-hectare Stellenbosch property in 1982, and embarked on an extensive replanting programme, specializing in classic varieties suited to the different soils and slopes. The next morning, take a short stroll back to The Cellar Door for a hearty breakfast before heading home feeling rested and recharged.

Join us on Sunday the 26th of October at Jordan Wine Estate for the Jordan Run & Ride 4 Renosterveld – a fun and challenging outdoor event in support of the Bottelary Hills Renosterveld Conservancy.
